• The remaining 50% balance amount must be paid before delivery or dispatch.

• Products will be delivered or released only after 100% payment is received.

Installation Services

• Installation may be carried out by authorized technicians or partner plumbers.

• Customers must ensure proper plumbing and electrical points are ready before installation.

• Neomod is not responsible for issues due to improper plumbing or electrical setup.

Warranty

• Warranty varies depending on the product model.

• It does not cover improper installation, physical damage, electrical fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.

Returns & Replacement

• Returns are accepted only if the product is defective at delivery and reported within the specified time.
